Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bespoke Apps follows a transparent and fair Refund and Cancellation Policy, designed to protect both our customers and our platform.

Cancellation Terms

Annual Contracts
Customers subscribed to an annual plan may cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Cancellations after this period will apply to the next billing cycle.


Monthly Billing
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled no later than 5 days before the next billing date.
Late cancellations will be processed for the following month to ensure proper billing cycle management.


How to Cancel
Cancellations must be submitted via email to billing@bespokeapps.com or through your customer dashboard.


Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital, hosted, and service-based offerings, Bespoke Apps does not offer refunds for any subscription fees already paid. This includes:

Partial-month or unused time on any plan
Downgrades or cancellations during an active billing cycle
One-time setup or onboarding fees (where applicable)

All sales are considered final unless required by law in your jurisdiction.
